4 swiss cheese slices
1 box stuffing mix (stove top, etc.)
2 cans reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
1/2 C chicken broth or water
1/2 C parmesan cheese

2 lbs. cubed stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 pkg dry brown gravy mix
1 cup ginger ale or 7 Up
Egg Noodles
Layer ingredients in proceeding order. Cover and bake at 300º for 3 hours. It can also be made in the crockpot for 6 hours. Serve over rice or pasta.
