Combine ½ cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, ¼ cup white wine vinegar, 3 tbsp. hone, 2 tbsp. each oil and soy sauce and ¼ tsp. ground ginger. Reserve ¼ cup marinade; refrigerate.
