6 medium Potatoes, cubed
½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
1½ tsp Dried Oregano
2 Garlic Cloves
3 cups Hot Water
Chopped Fresh Parsley
