<li>1½ cups heavy cream</li>
<li>½ teaspoon salt</li>
<li>3 tablespoons minced fresh basil</li>
</ul>
<p>Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain and set aside. Heat oil in a large, skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage and pepper flakes until sausage is evenly brown. Stir in onion and garlic, cook until onion is tender. Add tomatoes, cream, and salt. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. Stir cooked pasta into sauce, and heat through. Sprinkle with basil and serve</p>

<h2><em>Preparation</em></h2>

<p><em>Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in corn and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring often, 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and set aside.</em></p>
<p><em>Stir together cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients.</em></p>
<p><em>Arrange 6 tortillas on bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Spoon half of meat mixture over tortillas; top with cottage cheese mixture. Arrange remaining tortillas over cheese mixture; top with remaining meat mixture.</em></p>
<p><em>Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.</em></p>
<p>Yield: 8 &#8211; 10 servings</p>

Stir-fry onion and peppers in remaining oil for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic; stir-fry 3-4 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender.<br />

<p>Go ahead and layer everything in order in a shallow serving dish.  Traditionally people use Black Olives as a layer too but I can&#8217;t stand them so I use tomatoes instead or just omit the tomatoes and have a six layer dip instead!</p>

Grill or broil chicken, brushing frequently with remaining mayonnaise mixture, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once. Serve chicken with reserved mayonnaise mixture and garnish, if desired, with additional chopped green onions.</p>
<p>VARIATIONS:</p>
<p>For Grilled Lemon-Pepper Chicken&#8230;combine 1 cup Mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Lawry&#8217;s® Lemon Pepper and 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves; reserve 1/2 cup and prepare as above.</p>
<p>For Grilled Caesar Chicken&#8230;combine 1 cup Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; reserve 1/2 cup and prepare as above.</p>
<p>For Salsa-Dipped Grilled Chicken&#8230;combine 1/2 cup Mayonnaise and 1/2 cup prepared salsa; reserve 1/2 cup and prepare as above.</p>
<p>For Grilled Asian Chicken Salad&#8230;combine 1 cup Mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon ground ginger and 1 teaspoon chopped garlic; reserve 1/2 cup, prepare as above and serve over salad greens.</ul>

Marinade the chicken in the olive oil and some garlic for about an hour. Mix the ranch packet with some breadcrumbs and coat the chicken. Add to a baking dish coated with non stick spray. Bake for about 40 minutes until no longer pink. Add mushrooms on top of chicken then the mozzarella cheese and put back into the oven until the cheese melts.</span></p>
<p>You can use some ranch dressing for dipping.</p>

<p>Spray the crock with cooking spray, put breast on the bottom. Cover with Swiss cheese. In a separate bowl, mix a box of stuffing/and seasoning packet, cream of chicken soup and broth/water. Pour and spread over the chicken, and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Cook on High for 3 1/2 &#8211; 4 hours or low for 7 1/2 &#8211; 8 hrs.</p></div>
